Parkin to manage over 29,000 paid parking spaces in Dubai communities
Rollout to begin in phases from mid-third quarter of 2025
DUBAI: Parkin Company PJSC, Dubai’s leading provider of paid public parking facilities, has announced a strategic partnership with Dubai Holding to introduce digitally enabled parking solutions across several master-planned communities in the emirate.
The agreement supports both organisations’ shared vision to enhance smart mobility and optimise urban accessibility through advanced infrastructure and technology.
Under the agreement, Parkin will manage approximately 29,600 paid parking spaces across key communities owned by Dubai Holding. This development brings Parkin’s total portfolio of developer-owned spaces to around 50,400.
What will change?
Parkin will be responsible for the end-to-end operation and management of parking systems across the new areas. The company will deploy advanced digital technologies, enforcement systems, and real-time data analytics to improve operational efficiency and space usage, in response to growing pressure on parking availability.

The customer-centric model is designed to provide improved access, smarter traffic flow, and seamless connectivity. Residents and visitors can expect easier parking through digitised management and smarter enforcement, contributing to reduced congestion and better day-to-day urban mobility.
When will it begin?
The operational rollout will commence in phases starting from mid-Q3 2025. Parkin’s implementation strategy aligns with its operational standards, focusing on sustainable and efficient service delivery tailored to each community’s needs.
